Safe, nurturing massage designed specifically for expecting mothers. Relieves lower back pain, reduces swelling in the legs and feet, eases hip discomfort, and improves sleep quality throughout pregnancy. Our RMTs are trained in positioning and pressure adjustments to ensure your comfort and safety at every stage. Prenatal massage is available from the second trimester onward. Always recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before beginning.

Direct billing is available for most major insurance providers — no upfront payment required. We submit your claim directly so you can enjoy your session worry-free. Please bring your insurance information to your first appointment.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A $40 fee applies to late cancellations and no-shows. This allows us to offer that time to another client who may be waiting.
